UCF proposes estimated $50M upgrade to its football stadium and athletic center

The University of Central Florida plans to spend an estimated $50 million to improve its football stadium and other athletics facilities.

A proposal by the athletic department would create a “football campus” with additional seating for students in the 44,000-seat Bounce House Stadium, offices for football coaches in the stadium and improvements to the Wayne Densch Sports Center, Athletic Director Terry Mohajir said during an Aug. 19 UCF Board of Trustees meeting.
