How Valencia College’s cybersecurity program prepared this graduate for a role with the Department of Homeland Security

Geovanny Perez has always wanted to protect others. That’s why he worked as a lifeguard at an Orlando resort hotel for several years – and why he enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2010.
