Carnival Corp. ‘still wading through’ CDC’s requirements to get back to sea, CEO says

Progress has been made toward the comeback of cruising in the U.S., but the next steps need to be carried out quickly if voyages are to relaunch by mid-July, according to Arnold Donald, CEO of Doral-based Carnival Corp.
